Professor (associate) of Molecular Genetics and Bioinformatics, Beni-Suef University, Egypt. Supervisor of the Central Laboratory and Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit. Teaching Bioinformatics and Quantitative biology courses for veterinary, agriculture, and computer science students. He teaches at Mansoura, Cairo, and Beni-Suef Universities Khaled earned his PhD in Molecular Genetics, and joined the Genetics Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Beni-Suef University since 2015. Has substantial knowledge of genetics, molecular and cell biology, quantitative genetic, bioinformatics and molecular genetics. He has published a modified method for “DNA extraction” and has some isolates from Pythium sp recorded in the GeneBank database, and has also a sequence of amylase gene isolated from Bacillus stearothermophilus recorded in the GeneBank database
